Catherine was born in France and has studied in Japan and Australia. She is accredited with
the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and has over 15 years professional
experience.
Her massage aims to provide a therapeutic effect on the whole body. It calms the mind, promotes quality sleep, reduces tension, balances the nervous system and provides a window
of deep relaxation from which one emerges refreshed.
She enjoys working with a wide range of clients including busy working people, athletes,
pregnant women, and people of all ages groups.

What I Do

Remedial and Sports Massage

Remedial massage assists in restoring normal muscle function and improving the range of joint movement. It focuses on specific complaints and employs a variety of techniques to relieve muscular and fascia restriction and discomfort.

Relaxation (Swedish) Massage

Swedish Massage is probably the best known of the traditional relaxation massage techniques. It uses gentle, flowing strokes to calm the nervous system, alleviating muscle tension and providing relief from stress-related conditions.
