  • Pregnancy Massage (Pre-natal and post-natal)

Pregnant women need time out during pregnancy to be nurtured and cherished in a warm ad safe environment. It can enhance the sense of connection and intimacy with the unborn child.
Massage during pregnancy can provide relief from the everyday discomforts of pregnancy such as leg cramps, sciatica, oedema (fluid retention), muscle tension, joint pain and general anxiety.
Post-natal massage can assist in the recovery from childbirth and alleviate the physical fatigue in the early months of the new baby’s life.
Both pre-natal and post-natal massage will help to rejuvenate the mother’s energy by offering her the time to rest and completely relax.

Massage is usually not recommended in the first trimester of the pregnancy.
