Massage for every day living

After practising as a full-time massage therapist for over 25 years, I have developed a comprehensive range of techniques to support my clients.

All of these approaches bring benefits, but for me the ultimate goal for every client is:

to help them gain insights into their own body and movement.
to provide a clearer awareness of breathing and its importance
to alleviate pain and discomfort
to provide alignment and balance
improve quality of sleep
to reset the mind and body
to relieve stress, and bring calmness and relaxation

One of my clients recently sent me the message below

“I just wanted you to know that I found great benefit from my visit with you yesterday. I had the best night’s sleep for a long time…I feel I know what the problem is now and have strategies to cope and I hope improve the situation. I have found some exercises on line to help and will dispense from using heavy dumb bells at the gym. Your advice about breathing makes sense together with making me more aware of my habit of tightening up. The latter has become a habit as most things I do elicit pain and I flinch at the expectation! I will be back and thank you for taking the time for me.”

For me, this is the goal and purpose of my work!
